The Application Process

Step by Step:

  • Step 1: Fill Out Your Application
    A brief form which takes about 5-10 minutes. We ask about your background, where you are in the process, and what's bringing you to ketamine therapy. There are no wrong answers. We want to understand where you're starting from.

  • Step 2: We Review It Personally
    Every application is read by Kim and Sam. Not a team, not an algorithm. We review applications as they come in during the September 15-17 window and follow up within 2-3 business days of receiving yours.

  • Step 3: You Hear Back From Us
    If your application is approved, we'll reach out within 2-3 business days with next steps to secure your spot in the September cohort. Along with that you'll receive a detailed week-by-week breakdown of exactly what your 12 weeks with us will look like -- so you know precisely what to expect from day one.

  • Step 4: Secure Your Spot and Get Started
    Once accepted, you'll receive everything you need to complete your enrollment:

    • Payment instructions to secure your spot in the September cohort

    • Login credentials to access your student homepage once payment is processed

    • Weekly course releases beginning the week of September 28 -- curriculum is delivered in a sequenced, drip format designed to give you time to learn, implement, and build without feeling overwhelmed

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a course made only for licensed medical professionals since we are teaching not only business and marketing principles but also how to perform a medical procedure i.e. ketamine infusions.

    However, those in the allied health professions who are partnered with a licensed medical professional who is also taking a course may be eligible to pursue our course with them.

    Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Absolutely. We offer a discounted rate for additional enrollees from the same practice or clinic. Email us directly and we'll arrange everything for you.

  • KSU 101 is only offered 2-3 times a year as it allows for us to focus exclusively on helping our students start their clinic.

  • Yes. We are teaching you what we did and currently are do. Unlike other courses out there - we run our own ketamine infusion therapy clinic, i.e. we practice what we preach. We know what really counts to start and operate a clinic.

  • Yes, you can definitely do this! Sure there are many steps to take to open your ketamine clinic. But we have created this course in logical steps sequenced to help you efficiently open your practice. Each lesson has a checklist of what you need to do to help keep you on track. Plus during the 12 weeks, we are here via email to help you with any challenges you face!

  • We are teaching you everything we have done for running our practice, performing infusions, and marketing our business.

    Many if not all of our students have been able to start the practice with only our course. 

  • Going through higher education to become the medical professional that you are, was much harder than anything you’ll find in this course.

    This course is tailored to teach medical professionals like YOU who have no business knowledge.

    So this will definitely not be over your head. The course will teach you the business concepts you need to build and run your clinic day to day!

  • No. To efficiently use this course you simply need your computer, we kept the tech requirements simple so you don’t have to add more apps or software to your computer.

    We use Google drive to house all the documents to download, and Zoom for our live mastermind sessions.

  • How long it takes for you to open your ketamine clinic depends how committed you are to getting it open.

    We’ve have students already start providing ketamine infusions before the 12 week course was even completed.

    Some take longer due to being busy with their current professional obligations, clinic buildouts, etc.

  • No, we have the course modules delivered in a drip model (see the above course schedule).
